A little about my personal experiences with SF: I actually didn't get in the first year I applied with C&C. Even though I didn't get in, I got really great feedback from the folks who reviewed my application, and then the next year I was accepted! So I recommend applying even if you aren't sure if your comic is "there" yet.* I've found it to be a really supportive community of artists who just want there to be more independent comics creators out there in the world.

(Heck, even if you're in the development phase of a webcomic, or don't currently have plans to make them, our public Discord and forum are open for getting feedback on creative projects or just hanging out!)
